Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 Thank you for your interest in attending Ahrefs Evolve 2026 (the "Event") hosted by Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. ("Ahrefs", "us", "we" or "our"). Ahrefs Evolve 2026 is our annual flagship conference. The Event will take place in October–November 2026 at a venue in the United States of America (the "Venue").
1.2 These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy (which is expressly incorporated herein) applies to all person(s) who are attending or attend the Event, which includes but is not limited to (each an "Attendee" and collectively, the "Attendees"):
- a. person(s) who purchase a ticket for the Event via https://ahrefsevolve.com/, whether as an individual or as part of a group ("Participant");
- b. person(s) who present or speak at the Event, pursuant to a Speaker Agreement between Ahrefs and said person(s);
- c. person(s) sponsoring the Event or some part thereof;
- d. person(s) belonging to the media industry;
- e. person(s) belonging to or representing Ahrefs, including its officers, employees, agents, contractors ("Ahrefs Staff");
- f. person(s) supporting the provision of the Event;
- g. any other person(s) who attend the Event.
1.3 The Terms form a legally binding agreement between Ahrefs and the Attendee. Ahrefs reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time without notice. Contact us at events@ahrefs.com if you wish to withdraw from attending.
1.4 Arbitration Notice. Unless you opt out of arbitration within 30 days, you agree to submit any claims against us to binding arbitration on an individual basis.
2. Interpretation
2.1 The Terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
2.2 The Terms are in the English language, which prevails over any translations.
2.3 The headings used in the Terms are for convenience only.
3. Attendance at the Event
3.1 An Attendee may withdraw from attending the Event by informing us via email at events@ahrefs.com.
3.2 Ahrefs reserves the right to terminate an Attendee's access to the Event if we believe the Attendee has violated the Terms.
3.3 Any Attendee found to have used false information may be denied attendance and/or liable to prosecution.
3.4 The latest program schedule is available at https://ahrefsevolve.com/. Ahrefs reserves the right to revise the program schedule, including adding, removing or changing speakers, cancelling or rescheduling sessions, and changing the Venue.
4. Ticketing
4.1 This section applies to person(s) who wish to become a Participant of the Event.
4.2 Anyone who wishes to become a Participant must register by purchasing a ticket via https://ahrefsevolve.com/ and receive a confirmation email. Tickets are not available onsite.
4.3 A Participant must be at least 21 years of age on the first day of the Event.
4.4 Tickets cannot be shared or upgraded. A Participant who wishes to upgrade must repurchase the desired ticket and may transfer the existing ticket in accordance with Clauses 6.2 and 6.3.
4.5 Ahrefs reserves the right to revise ticket prices from time to time.
4.6 All costs relating to participation (travel, accommodation) shall be borne by the Participant.
4.7 Discounts may be applied via discount codes where applicable conditions are met.
4.8 Early bird pricing windows are final unless adjusted by us.
4.9 Ahrefs reserves the right to refuse any Participant entry to or remove any Participant from the Event.
5. Discount Codes and Complimentary Access Codes
5.1 Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or retroactively applied.
5.2 Complimentary access codes provide a complimentary ticket when applied.
5.3 Codes distributed to specific entities may not be shared or transferred.
5.4 Misuse may lead to ticket revocation or terminated access.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1 All tickets are strictly non-refundable.
6.2 A Participant may transfer a ticket to another person. To request transfer, contact us at events@ahrefs.com with:
- a) ticket / registration number
- b) full name and email address of the Participant
- c) full name and email address of the person the ticket will be transferred to
6.3 Ticket transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the Event, maximum of two (2) times.
6.4 No refunds will be issued if a Participant withdraws or access is terminated due to Terms violation.
7. Notice of Photography, Film and Recording
7.1 Ahrefs reserves the right to capture the Event in photograph, film and/or recording. Such materials may contain the Attendee's image, likeness, appearance and voice. Ahrefs owns all rights including copyright.
7.2 By participating, the Attendee consents to such photography and grants Ahrefs the right to use for commercial use, news, advertising and social media.
7.3 Attendees may revoke consent via email to events@ahrefs.com.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ahrefs' intellectual property (trademarks, logos) may not be used without prior written consent.
8.2 The Attendee grants Ahrefs a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use their company marks for promotional purposes. Consent may be revoked via email to events@ahrefs.com.
8.3 Ahrefs owns all rights to information, comments or feedback provided at the Event.
9. Personal Data and Privacy
9.1 All Attendees consent to our processing of their personal data as stated in our Privacy Policy.
9.2 Ahrefs may collect: full name, location, email, job information, employer details, LinkedIn profile.
9.3 Personal data is processed to:
- a) register individuals and provide access to the Event
- b) communicate information related to the Event
- c) coordinate and manage Event matters
- d) fulfil contractual obligations
- e) purposes stated in our Privacy Policy
9.4 All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Content of the Event
10.1 All information and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
10.2 Ahrefs does not endorse the accuracy of any information provided by Attendees (except Ahrefs Staff).
10.3 The only official Event website is https://ahrefsevolve.com/.
11. Code of Conduct
11.1 Ahrefs is committed to fostering a respectful, cohesive and inclusive community. All Attendees must abide by this code of conduct (the "Code").
11.2 Attendees asked to stop any behaviour violating the Code must comply immediately. Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, termination of access, or permanent bans from future events.
11.3 The Code is not exhaustive. Ahrefs reserves the right to apply corrective action as needed.
11.4 All Attendees are to be respectful to one another at the Event.
11.5 Unacceptable behaviour includes but is not limited to:
- a) intimidating, harassing, derogatory, demeaning, violent or abusive conduct
- b) sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic or discriminatory speech or conduct
- c) boisterous, lewd or offensive speech or conduct
- d) inappropriate photography or recording
- e) unethical, dishonest or illegal behaviour
- f) sustained disruption of discussion
- g) consumption of alcoholic beverages (unless offered by Ahrefs), prohibited drugs or substances
11.6 Firearms, weapons, ammunition, and hazardous items are prohibited. All belongings may be subject to search.
11.7 Report any violations to Ahrefs staff or via email at events@ahrefs.com.
12. Waiver of Liability
12.1 The Attendee agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ahrefs, the Event facility, Event service contractors, and their respective officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Event.
12.2 This section shall survive any termination of the Terms.
13. Force Majeure
13.1 Force Majeure refers to circumstances beyond reasonable control which would make it inadvisable, impractical, illegal or impossible to perform obligations. Such circumstances include acts of state, national emergencies, wars, terrorism, natural catastrophe, pandemic, fire, storm, flood, earthquakes, and energy shortages.
13.2 Ahrefs will not be liable for delay or failure due to Force Majeure.
13.3 Ahrefs will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform. If delayed for over 30 days, either Party may terminate with written notice.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with their Arbitration Rules.
14.2 The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of three (3) arbitrators. The language shall be English.
14.3 Parties agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, not as part of a class or consolidated action.
14.4 To opt out of arbitration, notify us within 30 days via email at events@ahrefs.com.
14.5 With valid opt-out, Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
14.6 If any provisions are unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in full force.
14.7 Delay or omission to enforce any terms will not impair such terms or be construed as a waiver.
